  • Unlimited access to Masterclasses & Workshops taught by dance professionals.

  • Adjudication – dances critiqued by industry professionals (2 small group dances (solo, duet, trio, and/or quartet) included on Friday; 3 group dances (5 or more dancers) included on Saturday; Any additional small groups are $10 per dance/dancer)

  • 3 Meals - Dinner on Friday and Lunch & Dinner on Saturday

in Just a Few Simple Steps!

Each dance school/studio or independent attendee/paricipant will need to complete the following:

1. Submit your completed registration form & $100 deposit by February 15th, 2024 to secure your school’s enrollment.

For dance schools registering within our Early Bird discount deadline, we ask that you complete our preliminary Early Bird registration form by October 15th, 2023 that gives us enough information to plan accordingly. After our Early Bird deadline has passed, please be on the lookout for a more comprehensive form that you will need you to complete. We will make sure to notify you when this form is released. Thank you.

Each dance school as an entity will be the main point of contact for all festival information. Participants must be age 7 as of 1/1/24. Each participant will receive a complimentary Festival Apparel item with their festival fee. Please note that CDF will not reach out to individual participants unless participants are not registered under a dance school and CDF will not use any of the contact information provided by participants for record keeping, future connection, marketing or advertising.

2. Fill out an Adjudication Form* for each day of adjudication by February 15th, 2024.

* ADJUDICATION FORMS WILL BE SHARED WITH YOU VIA GOOGLE DRIVE AND STUDIOS WILL HAVE ACESS TO EDIT THEIR FORMS UNTIL FEBRUARY 15th, 2024. Please fill out adjudication forms containing information for each day of adjudication. You will see a Friday tab and a Saturday tab for each form in the lower left corner of the Google Sheet . If you have dances that are being adjudicated on both Friday & Saturday, please fill out both days. Each individual dancer may perform in up to 2 dance entries on Friday night (Solos, Duets, Trios &/or Quartets) and 3 dance entries on Saturday night (Group Numbers). A dancer may perform in up to 5 dances on Friday night for an additional fee of $10 per dance.

3. Submit your 2nd deposit of $10 per dancer** attending to secure their admission by March 15th, 2024.

** Participants must be age 7 as of 1/1/24

4. Submit your Music*** for EACH day of adjudication by March 15th, 2024.

*** Music needs to be appropriate for all ages. Music should not contain any suggestive lyrics, themes, or negative language.

  • Personal Music Folder links will be sent to each school individually upon registration closing. Music must be submitted via the provided link by March 15th, 2024 at the latest. Please bring a backup of your music on a flash drive in case of last minute technological issues.

  • Please submit each song as shown below:

5. Forward a Participant Waiver**** to each dancer participating & bring completed on the first day participating in our the festival (May 3rd or 4th, 2024).

****Each dancer must individually complete it and return it to their studio. Directors may mail waivers to CDF or submit them on the first day of participation.
