What is the festival all about?
An exciting weekend bringing local and national dance schools together to celebrate and share dance with each other. The festival includes master classes, seminars, adjudication, a gala concert and the opportunity to meet new friends!
Who can participate?
All dancers ages seven and up are invited to attend. Dance schools can bring dances for adjudication and individuals may attend the festival to participate in all classes and events without being adjudicated.
How much does it cost to participate?
The cost to participate in 2-day event is $150 per participant. For the first 10 registered participants, 1 owner/teacher/director may attend at no cost. For every 10 registered participants beyond the initial 10, 1 teacher/director may attend at the reduced rate of $35 for 2 days and $30 for 1 day.
- Master Classes taught by dance professionals
- Seminars in nutrition, dance careers, injury prevention & wellness
- Adjudication – have your dance critiqued by industry professionals (2 small group dances included on Friday; 3 group dances (5 or more dancers) included on Saturday; Any additional small groups are $10 per dance/dancer)
- Dinner on Friday and Lunch & Dinner on Saturday
- Festival shirt
- Gala Concert Ticket
All registration will be paper registration this year.We would also be happy to email the materials to you. To receive the Early Bird Discount, a $100 non-refundable deposit must be made by October 1, 2016. Deposit will be used towards registration fees.

*Young dancers (ages 7-9) may register for a half day at the rate $65 and includes: 1 master class, adjudication, 1 meal, festival tank. This option is only available for Saturday.
Can I register after March 1st?
Yes. After March 1, 2017, registration is based on availability. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire. We will have the final schedule and details to you within one week of the festival.

Open to the public. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
Previously, our Gala Concert has featured amazing talent, including: St. Paul Ballet, St. Olaf Colelge, Twin Cities Ballet, Eclectic Edge Ensemble, Crash Dance Productions, Jeremy Bensussan, One Dance Company & Borealis Dance. If you know of a company or individual performer who would like to be considered for this opportunity, please email our staff at email@example.com.
In addition to these professional companies, the adjudicators will be selecting the top performances from the day to open this exciting evening.
All participants will receive a ticket to the Gala Concert included in their participation fee. The concert will be open to all and tickets will be available for purchase in advance.
